WE CAN re­veal what were the most and least ex­pen­sive house sales in the Lough­bor­ough area in No­vem­ber.

Ac­cord­ing to the Land Reg­istry, 29,592 res­i­den­tial sales have been reg­is­tered from No­vem­ber 2018. Across Eng­land and Wales, there were 567 £1m or more sales, com­pared to 594 reg­is­tered in Oc­to­ber, in­clud­ing 95 at £2m or more.

The most ex­pen­sive res­i­den­tial sale tak­ing place in No­vem­ber 2018 was of a ter­raced prop­erty in the City of West­min­ster for £38,822,000. The cheapest res­i­den­tial sale in No­vem­ber 2018 was of a ter­raced prop­erty in Burn­ley, Lan­cashire for £16,700.
