96 Brand Hill, Woodhouse Eaves, LE12 8SS, which is a detached house, sold for £1,600,000 on May 23.

128 Ulverscrof­t Lane, Newtown Linford, LE6 0AJ, which is a detached house, sold for £1,550,000 on May 23.

78 Main Street, Swithland, LE12 8TH, which is a detached house, sold for £1,425,000 on Oct 11.

6 Buddon Lane, Quorn, LE12 8AA, which is a detached house, sold for £1,400,000 on Feb 08.

46B, Brook Street, Wymeswold, LE12 6TU, which is a detached house, sold for £1,390,000 on Aug 03. Least Expensive 24 Brendon Close, Shepshed, LE12 9BG, which is a flat, sold for £43,000 on Aug 08.
