Bridge repair

A TEMPORARY road closure is required on Main Street and Brand Lane, Swithland, from Tuesday, January 7, for up to five weeks.

The roads will be closed either side of the bridge over the un-named stream between Swithland Road and Brand Hill to allow Leicestershire County Council continue repair works on the deck of the bridge.

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via Swithland Road, Joe Moores Lane, Maplewell Road, Church Hill, Brand Hill and vice versa.
