WEDNESDAY FILM SHOW

The film on Wednesday 12th February is ‘Judy’ a 2019 biographical drama starring Renee Zellweger as American singer and actress Judy Garland. Thirty years after starring in “The Wizard of Oz,” beloved actress and singer Judy Garland arrives in London to perform sold-out shows at the Talk of the Town nightclub. While there, she reminisces with friends and fans and begins a whirlwind romance with musician Mickey Deans, her soon-to-be fifth husband. As usual the screening is at 2pm in Quorn Village Hall. Pay £4 at the door to include tea and biscuits and collect a free raffle ticket on entry.
