Boulter to miss Fed Cup

KATIE Boulter will not be part of the Fed Cup team which faces Slovakia next month as she continues her recovery from injury.

It was felt making the change to play on clay for the Fed Cup might present some risk of aggravating Boulter’s previous injury,

Team captain Anne Keothavong said: “Naturally we are disappointed not to have Katie available for selection.

“It goes without saying we will miss Katie after her heroic efforts in last year’s Fed Cup and hope to see her back with the team again soon.”
