SHEPSHED Lions Routes Summary ROUTE A – Starting Northwood Drive – Tues 8th Dec. FOLLOWING routes as far as possible, Santa will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting:

1. Northwood Drive through to Oakley Road. Stops at Highfields Close.

2. Ringwood Road through to Lansdowne Road. Stops at Radnor Drive.

3. Lansdowne Rd. through Oakley to New Walk.

4. Oakley Ave. through Chapel Street to Brook Street. Stop at Harriman Close.

5. Paterson Place onto Countrymans Way.

6. Visit Ploughmans Drive, Blacksmiths Avenue and Coachmans Close.

7. Visit Boundary Way with Mill Close

ROUTE B – Starting Fairway Road – Wed 9th Dec. FOLLOWING our routes as far as possible, we will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting:

1. Fairway Road to Purbeck Avenue. Stops at Temple Close, Pennine Close,

QUANTOCK Rise and Wicklow Close.

2. Fairway Road to Trueway Drive.

Stop at Pentland Avenue.

3. Trueway to Cheviot Drive. Stop opposite Homeway Drive,

4. Cheviot Drive, Mendip Close back on Trueway Drive.

5. Trueway Drive to Fairway. Stops at most road junctions on way.

ROUTE C – Starting Anson Road – Thurs 10th Dec. FOLLOWING our routes as far as possible, we will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting:

1. Visit Paradise Close.

2. Buttercup Lane to Daisy Lane. Stop opposite Primrose Close, Clover Road Etc.

3. Celandine Road. Stop at junction Cowslip Drive,

4. Chatsworth Close through Little Haw Lane to McCarthy Road.

5. McCarthy Road, Thorpe Road to Blackbrook Close.

6. Grange Road to Oxley Close. Stop at Grange road cul-de-sac .

7. Oxley Close to Meadows.

ROUTE D – Starting Fairway Road – Fri 11th Dec. FOLLOWING our routes as far as possible, we will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting: 1. Harrington Rd to Well Yard Close. Stop at Chestnut Close.

2. Well Yard Close to Smithy Way and Westoby Close. Stop at Nelson Close.

3. Cumbrian Way to Chiltern Avenue. Stop at Peartree Ave. and The Inleys.

4. Cumbrian Way to Fairway Road to Romway Close,

ROUTE E – Starting Sullington Road – Mon 14th Dec. FOLLOWING our routes as far as possible, we will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting:

1. Sullington Road to Central Avenue. Stop Deacon Close and Bull & Bush.

2. St. Botolphs Road through to Central Avenue.

3. Sullington Rd. to Spring Lane. Stop Harley Close.

4. Spring Lane to Forman Road to Spring Close. Stop at Cotton Croft.

5. Spring Close. Stop Brookside Close on return to Forman Rd.

6. Leicester Road to Garendon Road off Kirkhill.

7. Garendon Road to Charnwood Road. Stop at Garendon Close.

ROUTE F – Starting Lacey Court – Tues 15th Dec. FOLLOWING our routes as far as possible, we will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting:

1. Charnwood Road to Wightman Close.

2. Wightman Close to Weavers Close. Stop at Graham Perkins Close if poss.

3. Weavers Close to Spinners Way.

4. Weavers Close to Springfield Road.

5. Springfield Road to Orchard Close, then to The Meadows.

6. The Meadows ‘horseshoe’ to Glenfield and loop back to the Meadows.

7. Glemore Avenue to Park Rise and Factory Street.

8. Factory Street to Stableford Close. Turn in Stableford and exit to Tickow Lane.

9. Glenmore Avenue to Lambert Avenue. Stop Neville Close & Glenfields spur.

ROUTE G – Starting Conway Drive – Wed 16th Dec. FOLLOWING our routes as far as possible, we will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting:

1. Conway Drive to Sandringham Rise. Turn here and stop Norwich Close.

2. Conway Drive to Banbury Drive then Tetbury Drive.

3. Tetbury Drive to Penrith Avenue to Belvoir Way. Stop at Beaumaris

Crescent.

4. Conway Drive to Windsor Drive. Stop at Rockingham Close & Arundel Grove.

5. Windsor Drive to Balmoral Avenue. Stop at Caernarvon Close.

6. Anson Road to Charnwood Road to King Street.

7. King Street via Cambridge Street to Leicester Road.

8. Leicester Road via Cambridge Street to Oxford Street and then Anson Road.

ROUTE H – Starting at Jolly Farmers – Thu 17th Dec. FOLLOWING our routes as far as possible, we will be stopping as necessary traffic permitting:

1. Iveshead Road to Monastery Gardens to Belfry Place.

2. Belfry Place to Friar Close.

3. Iveshead Road to Abbey Close.

4. Abbey Close to end . Stop at Ducane Close.

5. Iveshead Road to Charnwood Rd. Stop at Wellingtonia Close and Troon Close.

6. Persimon Estate, Woodpecker Way to Swift Avenue.

7. Swift Avenue to Wagtail Way to Woodpecker. Stop at Starling Close.

8. Woodpecker Way to Hathern Road. Stop at Lapwing Close.
