Annual art exhibition to take place in village hall
THE annual art exhibition by Woodhouse Eaves Art Group will take place at the Village Hall, Woodhouse Eaves, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th of November, 10am till 4pm on both days.
This was cancelled last year due to Covid but will again be going ahead, but a little later than usual, in November rather than the normal October slot. A wide range of work will be on display, much of it also for sale, produced by local amateur artists who meet regularly on Fridays at Woodhouse Eaves Village Hall. Quality art work in different media from pencil drawings and watercolours to oil paintings. There will also be the usual coffee, tea and delicious home made cakes available to buy and enjoy, also created by the group members who have been meeting here for many years.
Please note that due to Sunday 14th being Remembrance Sunday, the road for part of Main Street in Woodhouse Eaves will be closed off between 10am and 11.30am. The exhibition can be reached on foot, or after 11.30am, by car, when the car park next to the Village Hall will again be accessible.
