THE latest round of the Loughborou­gh and District Pubs and Clubs Darts League took place last Thursday. A few of the 100% records disappeare­d and the common theme of the losing teams in The Bull and Bush Division 1 are the sides hitting 180’s.

The top two in The Bull and Bush Division 1 met at The Royal Oak. Despite the Shooters hitting no fewer than four 180s (2 for Neil Pullen and 1 each for Jamie Preston and Steve Stanbridge). The Bull and Bush Lions now have a five points lead at the top after their 6-3 victory.

The two unbeaten sides in the Division met and the Bottom Railway BA have now made it two from two with a 7-2 away win at the Ring’O’Bells LH.

Bush Rejects were beaten 7-2 at home to the Three Crowns Mick the Flicks although Steve Burton did hit a 180 and the Barrow Cons Club Waggs Gang moved third beating the Spot on Waifs and Strays 8-1.

The Three Nuns Bluemoon Foxes still remain unbeaten in The Spot on Division 2 with a 7-2 win over Spot on Guys and Gals. The Plough Thorpe Acre are a point behind them after beating the only other unbeaten side Bull and Bush Laughing Boys in a close game 5-4.

The top four are separated by just four points with the Windmill Blue Army beating the Bull and Bush Counts 7-2.

Windmill A’s beat the Spot on LSU 26ers 5-4 and the Riddled with Dartitis Top Railway moved into the top 3 with a 6-3 win away to the Spot on LSU Sexy and we throw it.

In The Three Nuns Division 3 The Crown (Shepshed) lost their 100% record in style losing 8-1 at home to The Royal Oak Old Uns which now gives them a three point lead at the top over the Three Nuns Albions who also moved above the Crown with a 7-2 win over the Peacock A

The Black Swan JS and the Generous Briton Beer Legs both won 5-4 at home against the Three Nuns left Footers and The Three Crowns Hathern respective­ly.

The Top Railway Laffables continue their winning streak in The Generous Briton Division 4 with a 8-1 away win at the Three Nuns Bad Habits. It puts them 13 points clear of the Spot on Foxes who lost 5-4 at home to the Dewdrop Black Pearls.

The Barrow Cons Club convicts won 6-3 away at The Plough Ernies. The other result saw the Barrow Cons Club Discombula­ted beat The White hart Stags 7-2.

The teams take a break from the league as this Thursday is the opening round of The Knockout Cup.
