Windows get a festive new look for town competition
SHESPHED was a festive delight as the town hosted a Christmas Window competition.
It was organised by the town council and the presentation to the winners was made by chairman of council, Cllr Peter Grainger.
The overall winner was Vista. The plaque and certificate were presented to Ruth Mainwaring (Assistant Shop Manager) who decorated the window with an angel.
Shop Manager Sam Tivey said: “We are thrilled at Vista that our Christmas window has been chosen as overall winner. We thank our lovely customers for the continuous donations and support given to Vista and wish all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”
Runners up were Age UK and Newbolds Flooring who were presented with a certificate.
