PM should get tough on anti-vax violence

SURELY it is time for the Home Secretary, the Prime Minister and police to get tough on anti-vax protesters?

Freedom is one thing, but violence, intimidation and theft is another.

NHS staff, volunteers and frontline workers have done a truly magnificent job since the start of the pandemic. They do not deserve the disgraceful scenes we saw in Milton Keynes at the turn of the year, when dozens of protesters entered a NHS Test and Trace centre.

What we are dealing with here are people’s lives.

We are seeing the vast majority of Covid cases in intensive care units up and down the land taken up by people unvaccinated against this horrible disease.

Does this not prove the point? So, well done to Boris Johnson for promoting the jab, but please, Boris, take a stand against the anti-vax mob, too.
