There’s plenty of bunny business for shoppers on trail of Easter treats
LOOKING for something “egg-cellent” to do this Easter?
You could help find the Love Loughborough Bunnies on an egg-citing Bunny Trail!
The Love Loughborough Bunnies are on the loose over the Easter holidays and they need rounding up!
Love Loughborough BID has created an Easter Bunny Hunt around the town centre to encourage visitors to shop local this Easter and give the kids something fun to do.
Nearly 30 local businesses are participating in the trail, each hiding their own specially named Bunny within their premises for visitors to find.
Just match 12 bunnies’ names to their allocated shop and then complete a simple form for the chance to win one of many special Love Loughborough shopping vouchers!
The Bunny Trail will run over the Easter holidays from Friday, March 31 until Sunday, April 16 inclusive.
All completed forms will need to be posted in the Love Loughborough postbox that will be in New Look (in Carillon Court) to be entered into the prize draw to win some of the shopping vouchers.
Lisa Brown, BID manager said: “Both adults and children can enjoy hunting for our escaped bunnies and it encourages visitors to go in to shops that they maybe wouldn’t ordinarily visit.
“We have some great independent shops in Loughborough and this trail helps people shop local on our high street.”
Lez Cope Newman, BID Chairman said: “The businesses have been really keen to get involved and they can’t wait to start welcoming people to find the bunnies.”
Participating stores are varied and include places to eat and drink as well as retail businesses.
A full list of the participating “Bunny businesses” will be available on the BID website.
Entry forms can then be collected from the participating shops and will also be downloadable from the BID website. to
