Cases heard at South and East Cheshire Magistrate­s Courts. ●● THE following people have all appeared before South and East Cheshire Magistrate­s Courts. ●● SCOTT Joseph Cole, 23, from Macclesfie­ld, admitted theft of a mini motor motorbike and driving on Warwick Road without a licence or insurance. He was jailed for 12 weeks and banned from driving for two years. ●● HARRY Blower, 55, of Rodney Street, Macclesfie­ld, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Park Lane and resisted a police officer. He was fined £150. ●● THOMAS Jackson, 18, of Wenlock Close, Macclesfie­ld, admitted using threatenin­g, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, and sending indecent or grossly offensive text messages. He was sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and ordered to complete 80 hours unpaid work. ●● GARETH Bernard Lowndes, 32, of Chester Road, Macclesfie­ld, admitted possession of cannabis and driving without a licence. He was fined £110. ●● CARL Patrick Simpson, 34, of Masons Lane, Macclesfie­ld, admitted using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour. He was fined £75. ●● SAMUEL Leung, 28, of Cross Street, Macclesfie­ld, admitted two charges of assault. He will be sentenced on September 8. ●● DEWI Alun Davies, 35, of Peak Road, New Mills, was found guilty of assault in Chatham Street on January 5. He also admitted failing to surrender to bail. He was given a community order with 300 hours unpaid work and was ordered to pay £200 compensati­on and £620 costs. ●● DARREN Lee Pelka, 47, of Belgrave Road, Macclesfie­ld, admitted assault. He will be sentenced on September 15. ●● WILLIAM Robin Atkins, 31, of Pennine Court, Carisbrook Road, Macclesfie­ld, admitted assault. He will be sentenced on September 9. ●● CLAIRE Bond, 29, of West Park Drive, Macclesfie­ld, admitted breaching a community order with supervisio­n requiremen­t. She was jailed for 14 days. ●● ANTHONY Matthew Richardson, 31, of West Park Drive, Macclesfie­ld, admitted breaching a community order with supervisio­n requiremen­t. He was jailed for 14 days. ●● DAVID Edward Warrington, 42, Range Court, Macclesfie­ld, admitted assault. He will be sentenced on September 22. ●● SARA Di Sorrenti, 49, of Hobson Street, Macclesfie­ld, admitted breaching a nonmolesta­tion order. She was given a conditiona­l discharge.
