●● SUTTON WI is hosting a fashion show at Sutton Scout and Guide hut.

The show by Delia Metcalf will include a raffle and sale of clothes, handbags and other items.

It takes place tonight (Wednesday, March 30), with doors opening at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

It costs £6 which includes a glass of wine.

Tickets are available from Viv Warrington on 01260 252530. ●● A CHILDREN’S charity benefited from this year’s Sutton versus Langley quiz.

Sutton won the annual quiz and will hold the cup for a year.

Residents reported an enjoyable evening led by quizmaster Anne Preston.

A total of £226 raised has been donated to Action for Children.
