Charity night is a spook-tacular success
A CHARITY has raised more than £2,500 with a spooktacular fundraising event.
SUSO - a charity for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs - held a Halloween themed party for its annual fundraiser.
And thanks to generous donations from supporters and Macclesfield businesses, which went towards the raffle and silent auction, they rasied a fantastic £2,522 for the cause.
Karen Keen, project manager said: “It is an important event as far as fundraising is concerned but it is also a wonderful opportunity to celebrate what SUSO has done throughout the year and most importantly what our dropper-inners have achieved.”
Karen added that they are currently looking for more volunteers to help out.
