THE following people have appeared before Stockport Magistrates Court:
MARK COLIN PARKINSON, 22, of Belgrave Road, Macclesfield, admitted being drunk and disorderly. Twelve month conditional discharge, £85 costs.
JAMES ANTHONY HARVEY, 29, of Dickens Lane, Poynton, admitted three counts of assault. Community punishment order with 120 hours unpaid work, £300 compensation.
THOMAS ANTHONY CURLEY, 27, of Pennine Court, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to drinkdriving. Fined £562, 25 month driving ban, £150 costs.
JODY ALAN HUGHES, 41, of Beech Lane, Macclesfield, admitted cocaine possession and cannabis possession. Eighteen month conditional discharge, £85 costs.
SUZANNE MARGARET CALDWELL, 54, of Park Lane, Macclesfield, was found guilty of assault. Two-year conditional discharge, £30 compensation.
LEE MARK POUNTLEY, 36, of Warwick Road, Macclesfield, admitted drink-driving. Twelve weeks jail suspended for a year, three year driving ban, £85 costs.
DAVID WILLIAMS, 57, of Kingsway, Bollington, pleaded guilty to drinkdriving. Community punishment order with a programme requirement, fined £100, two year driving ban, £85 costs.
ANGELA LOUISE KENYON, 35, of Ovenhouse Lane, Bollington, admitted cocaine possession and cannabis possession. Fined £200, £85 costs.
THOMAS DOMINIC REID, 21, of Cedar Grove, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £120, 12 month driving ban, £85 costs.
