Nursery funds plea
A NURSERY and its pupils are settling into their new setting but would like to develop the outdoor area.
Pupils at Ivy Bank Primary Nursery, in Macclesfield, have been in the main school building since September.
This follows a period in a pre-fabricated classroom until the summer holidays.
Now the school’s PTA - the Friends of Ivy Bank - are trying to raise money to improve the outdoor learning facilities.
The area would be used to promote speech, language and physical exercise.
Money is being raised until October 2019 by the Co-op Local Community Fund. Shoppers can support the school by using their loyalty card to donate one per cent of their Co-op spend to Ivy Bank.
