Homemade goods and mince pies served up

FESTIVE bargains were snapped up at Prestbury Christmas Market.

Among the stalls for visitors to browse was one from Prestbury Gardening Club.

It sold Christmas wreaths and table decorations, homemade chutneys, jams and mince pies.

Mary Hindle, from Prestbury Gardening Club, said: “A fine dry afternoon helped to swell the crowds.

“Everything was sold by the end of a successful afternoon.”
