Choir hosts royal celebration

MACCLESFIELD Oriana Choir’s final concert of the season will be a musical tribute to the Queen’s 93rd birthday.

It will take place at Macclesfield Methodist Church, Westminster Road, on June 8 starting from 7.30pm.

The performance will include music from Her Majesty’s Coronation and other Royal occasions, such as Zadok the Priest, Let the Bright Seraphim and Rule Britannia.

Guest soloist will be Margaret Ferguson and Andy Donaldson the accompanist.
