Nicole is new Wife on block of TV hit
THE new face in the
Real Housewives of Cheshire is the woman involved in a bid to buy Macclesfield Town.
Nicole Sealey will join existing cast members such as Dawn Ward and Tanya Bardsley when the 11th series begins this month on ITVBe.
She is married to Joe Sealey, son of ex-Manchester United goalkeeper Les, and the pair made a bid to take control of the Silkmen from current owner Amar AlKadhi at the end of last year.
Originally from London Nicole describes herself as a ‘ball-buster’ and together with Joe owns personal training company, NEON PT and gym.
She also runs her own railway recruitment company.
Nicole said: “Since moving to Cheshire five years ago with my family, I’ve come across many of the Real Housewives, but joining the show is a brilliant opportunity to get to know all of them better.
I’m proud to join such an amazing and powerful group of women. I can’t wait to get started.”
Amanda Stavri, commissioning editor, from ITV, said: “It is fantastic to see Nicole joining the Cheshire set to add a new perspective to the group.
“We can’t wait to see them all on our screens this spring.”
Since Nicole and Joe made an offer to buy
Macc Town, Mr AlKadhi confirmed he was in ‘advanced negotiations with various third parties’ to sell the club in December.
He then said he had agreed ‘in principle’ to sell his controlling stake in January but did not specify to whom.
Since then there has been no further update on the potential sale and take over.
