DIVORCED... Beheaded... Died... Divorced... Beheaded... Survived.

This is the history of the six wives of Henry VIII. The story is now told in the very successful West End Musical ‘Six’.

In the up and coming Macclesfield Majestic Theatre Group’s concert Strictly West End, they will be performing extracts from Six and several other popular musical hits.

A cast of around 20 will be singing and dancing to tunes from musicals such as Blood Brothers, Hamilton, Mamma Mia, Fosse, Legally Blonde, Dear Evan Hanson and several others.

Kevin Clarke is directing the show along with choreographing some of the numbers.

Elizabeth Turner, as well as being in the show, is choreographing all remaining numbers.

The musical director for this extravaganza is Vince Galley.

The wardrobe department and cast have been working all out to clothe all the various shows, either by ‘hunter gathering’ or making from scratch e.g. the six wives and the can-can girls.

The concert will be performed at MADS Little Theatre, Lord Street, Macclesfield from May 1-4, at 7.30pm

Tickets are £15 and available from www. ticketsource.co.uk/mmtg or telephone 0333 666 3366.
