The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrates’ courts from December 23 – January 9

JOSEPH CLIFFORD, 26, of High Street, Datchet, was given a six-week prison sentence and told to pay

£128 costs for stealing a number of items including a multi tool, £3 in cash and an umbrella valued at over £100 in Windsor on November 18 and for two counts of interfering with a motor vehicle in Windsor on December 9.

MORRIS KELLY, 33, of Laburnum Road, Maidenhead, was fined £50 and told to pay £32 costs for possession of cannabis in Slough on September 19, 2019.

THOMAS O’REILLY, 63, of

Mill Lane, Windsor, was given a one-year conditional discharge, told to pay £100 compensation and £107 costs for assault by beating in Windsor on August 24.

PETER TIDEY, 29, of Holly Crescent, Windsor, was given an 18-month community order, banned from driving for 30 months and told to pay £190 costs for drink driving, failing to stop after an accident, and possessing crack cocaine in Windsor on October 1.

DANIEL WILKINS, 37, of Keeler Close, Windsor, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for one year, and told to pay £128 costs for harassment and breaching a restraining order in Windsor on December 26.

PATRICK CONNORS, 36, of Clewer Fields, Windsor, was given a one year community order and told to pay £175 costs for two counts of using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Windsor on March 8.

FLORIN PETCU, 33, of London Road, Ascot, was fined £60 for cocaine possession in Bracknell on December 19.

MICHAEL SAUNDERS, 21, of Greenfields, Maidenhead, was given an 18-month community order and told to pay £190 costs for carrying a police baton in a public place in Maidenhead on September 25.

ANDREW HILLIER, 30, of Pipers Close, Burnham, was given a one-year community order, a three-month driving ban and told to pay £190 costs for driving while disqualified and without insurance in Slough on August 19, 2020.
