Can anybody say where this scene was painted, or who the artist might be?

The painting was found in my mother’s effects in the early 1990s but was probably painted some years before that. She had lived in Furze Pla . The painting might be of a landscape in the Thames Valley, and/or near Maidenhead. Please email to Jeane e Hipsey at
