Fundraising at the Barley Mow

COX GREEN: A fundraising event at the Barley Mow pub will be collecting money for Guide Dogs UK this weekend, with some impressive prizes on offer.

The Cox Green Lane watering hole will be hosting the ticketed event on Sunday, with funds raised also going to a cause called Friends of Ken – inspired by a blind man from Hillingdon who helps breed trained puppies and raise money for sight loss charities.

Prizes up for grabs include a craft gin box; Windsor and Eton Brewery hamper; a free chiropractor consultation and treatment; a signed Tom Kerridge cookbook, and a two-week pass at

David Lloyd Gym.

Tickets are £1 each or £5 for a strip. They are available both behind the bar at the Barley Mow or by contacting gd.maidenhead@gmail.com
