Maya Jama hosts a musical game show in which acts compete for a prize pot of £500,000, with Gary Barlow, Alesha Dixon, Dawn French and Craig David judging. The winner of tonight’s show will be crowned a champion, but then be faced with a tough decision to either cash out of the competitio­n for £10,000 or compete again against four new challenger­s in tomorrow night’s edition.

Everyone Romesh has ever met has told him how amazing the Scottish islands are – but nobody he knows has actually ever been there. Now, in a year when travel abroad has been all but forbidden, he is heading to the Hebrides to find out if you can really have a proper adventure so close to home, spending a week visiting the isles of Skye, Harris and Lewis. Guiding him through the journey will be Donald Macsween, or Sweeney to his friends, a local crofter from the far north of Lewis – a place that lies as far north as Greenland.

The comedian and author explores the impact social media is having on people’s behaviour on and offline, with outrage and angry exchanges frequently dominating. He analyses the angry and hateful tweets he receives, interrogat­ing his brain’s responses to these messages in an MRI scan, and goes cold turkey for a fortnight to see if a life free of social media leads him to enlightenm­ent.
