Historian Sir Anthony Seldon to talk at church
BRAY: Historian and political author Sir Anthony Seldon will be coming to the village for a talk at St Michael’s Church.
Author of political biographies on former Prime Minsters including Maidenhead MP Theresa May, Sir Anthony, 69, is the author or editor of more than 45 books on contemporary history.
His roles have included honorary historical adviser to 10 Downing Street for 10 years, and the UK’s special representative for education to Saudi Arabia.
He will be in Church Lane on Wednesday, September 2 at 7.30pm for a talk titled: ‘300 years of the British Prime Minister: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly’.
