No response from poor property ‘services’
On March 9 this year I emailed customer services with a simple two-part question about available space for a Christmas Day event.
I received a reply on March 10 which stated that the question had been passed to the property services department.
I have received no reply from them. On August 9 I visited the Town Hall and showed the receptionist all the correspondence – he apologised for the lack of reply and referred me to the customer services at the library which I duly visited.
They kindly apologised and immediately sought a reply from property services, which was not forthcoming.
I was given a personal email address for someone in property services and emailed them on August 5 with the original question asking for a response within five working days.
To date, I have had no response.
Property services should be ashamed of their title; they provide no service.
