Free bike repair in COPtober

ROYAL BOROUGH: An initiative to drive climate action locally continues with a number of events planned this week.

COPtober is an annual initiative led by the Windsor & Maidenhead Climate Community group, aimed to coincide with the COP27 summit in Egypt from Sunday.

Upcoming events include a free Dr Bike repair session on Saturday at Maidenhead Mosque in Holmanleaze, while on the same day, environmental groups will gather in Belmont Crescent to provide residents with information about how to reduce their carbon footprint.
