What considerations are made by a Court when determining care arrangements for children?

2. Quality of Relationships and Parenting:

WKH DJH RI RU RQZDUGV :KLOVW WKH FKLOGȆV YLHZV DUH not determinative, they are JLYHQ GXH FRQVLGHUDWLRQ

5.
