POLICE were called to Manchester Victoria tram stop after Parklife-goers fed up with a delay pulled the emergency cord – and spilled out on to the tracks.
PARKLIFE? More like Pond Life! Time it was banned. Jonathan Fletcher
BEEN to dozens of festivals all over the country. You get the drunk and rowdy everywhere but nothing like this joke of an event. Seems to attract the lowest life forms. Jenny Jones
POOR management – Metrolink should have pre-empted the increase of passengers for this event. Jenny Al-Radhi
SEPARATE trams for those going to Parklife needed. There were scared kids on the tram back from work yesterday. Lads had to be removed for fighting, screaming, shouting, punching the roof of the tram. Not what you want coming back from work and scaring people, it’s not on! Rebecca Anderson
BECAUSE people are like sheep and will copy what ever is happening around them. Richard Hawkins
WHY do people blame Parklife for the behaviour of idiots? Are we to assume idiotic behaviour only exists once a year during this festival? Andrew Bucknall
VERY bad planning not to have the new Metrolink platforms open at Victoria in time for Parklife. Stephen Bagwell
INCONSIDERATE morons. Next thing will be people blaming Metrolink for delays caused by this. Make them walk. Claire Darlington
YET another reason events like this in Greater Manchester should be banned, decent people’s lives being affected once again. Dave Ft Simpson
I THOUGHT after last year they would have scrapped it. More trouble than it’s worth. Rosalyn Twigg
ALL this plus the excessive drug use, underage drinking and violence will lead to the event being cancelled in the future. Scot Reedy
GLAD I wasn’t on this today. I’d have been having a panic attack. Packed like sardines! Laura Jane Steele
