Crash teen critically ill

TRAFFORD: An 18-year-old woman is critically ill in hospital with head injuries after a car crash.

Police were called to Henshall Lane in Dunham Massey at around 10.40pm on Thursday. When officers arrived, they discovered an Audi had crashed into a hedge and a fence.

The driver, a 20-year-old man, suffered minor cuts.

An 18-year-old woman, who was sat in the passenger seat, suffered serious injuries to her head and remained in hospital in a critical condition. Witnesses can call police on 101.
