Bury has flower power

WITH reference to the lady from Stockport, bemoaning the lack of floral work in her town. May I suggest that she jump on the tram and come to Bury.

We have the most innovative and beautiful floral displays I have seen anywhere. Bury’s Park and Garden department work tirelessly throughout the year to produce these beautiful, colourful and very different works for our enjoyment.

So not only do we have the best market in England, and in my opinion one of the best shopping centres around, the summer floral displays are works of art. So come on all you Stockportians, head over to Bury for a real treat. Glenis Harrison, Unsworth
