‘rambo’ prisoner in threat to ‘skin’ terrified inmates
JAIL BOSSES LAUNCH INVESTIGATION INTO SHOCKING VIDEO FOOTAGE
SHOCKING video footage taken inside a jail shows a prisoner dressed as Rambo brandishing a knife and threatening to ‘skin’ two cowering Asian inmates he accuses of being terrorists.
Dressed as the fictional Vietnam war veteran – played by Sylvester Stallone in the film series – the man repeatedly jabs his makeshift blade at his targets who he says have ‘fallen behind enemy lines.’
The victims cower inside their cell as they are asked ‘Where you from?’ before the man with the knife threatens to ‘f***ing skin them.’
The video was shot last month at Salford’s privately-run Forest Bank prison. We forwarded the unedited footage to prison bosses who have now launched an investigation.
The M.E.N. has previously published other videos – shot on smuggled phones before being shared on social media – which show prisoners carrying out acts of violence and humiliation, apparently under the influence of synthetic drug Spice.
In the video, a knifeman with a Liverpool accent introduces himself as ‘John J F***ing Rambo.’
Waving his blade at the camera, the man pronounces: “Brown man down. This is what happens when you fall behind enemy f***ing lines.”
He then turns to an Asian man seated in a chair and he jabs the knife towards his face, asking: “Where you from? Where you from? You’re f***ing Isis aren’t you?... Tie him up. F***ing tie him up.”
Another man in the cell then binds the man’s hands together before the man with the knife adds: “You f***ing dirty b ***** d. Where are you from?” He then directs his attention to a second Asian man lying on a bunk and says: “To you, you p **** . Put your hands out.” The knifeman then binds the hands of the second man and then says ‘f***ing skin them’ as others in the room begin to laugh. The video ends abruptly with a voice saying ‘chill, chill.’
An HMP Forest Bank spokesman said: “We take the security of the prison very seriously. We are investigating this incident and it would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage.”
