PARK­ING on dou­ble yel­low lines, block­ing drive­ways, leav­ing cars on the pave­ment, and driv­ing that en­dan­gers the safety of kids.

These are rou­tine prob­lems for schools in Greater Manch­ester at drop-off and pick-up times.

So the Manch­ester Evening News has spo­ken to par­ents, teach­ers and coun­cil bosses in the re­gion to high­light the worst ar­eas for anti-so­cial park­ing dur­ing the school run, and to find out what is be­ing done to tackle the prob­lem.
