The Wil­bra­ham Road site has been months in the mak­ing and is a mix of cool con­crete and muted tones - as well as bread ovens mak­ing the whole place smell ir­re­sistible. The restau­rant will have three menus across three sep­a­rate sittings: break­fast and lunch will be based around the bak­ery with pies, pasties and sand­wiches, while din­ner will fea­ture dishes such as clams in wild gar­lic and cider, seared brill in brown but­ter, and slow cooked lamb shoul­der.
