CHANTELLE HOPES TO HIT A WINNER WITH RESTAURANT
THE wife of former England footballer Emile Heskey has a new goal – the launch of a stylish new restaurant in millionaire’s playground Alderley Edge.
Chantelle Heskey, together with her business partners James Goulden and Peter Hunter, are creating Parea at the site of the former Blue Lobster restaurant on the main London Road in the Cheshire village.
Mum-of-four Chantelle says it will offer a range of healthy options as part of an all-day dining offer which will be ‘internationally influenced.’
But when night falls she promises it will also be a place for ‘dinner and dancing.’
Chantelle says: “It will be an extension of all of our personalities – elegant, confident and vibrant!
“Since having my fourth baby, Mendez, I have found it increasingly difficult to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle and know many other women find it hard too.
“If you’ve been training you don’t want to feel guilty when having lunch – many places don’t offer a very wide selection when it comes to being healthy.
“The vision is to create an environment at Parea where nobody wants to leave.”
Chantelle married former England striker Emile in 2014 in a fairytale Cheshire wedding, and the couple have two sons and two daughters together.
‘Parea’ in the Greek culture is a group of friends who regularly gather together to share their experiences about life, their philosophies, values and ideas, which is the concept behind the three pals’ partnership.
The restaurant will serve breakfast, complete with vegan and gluten-free choices, through to lunch and dinner off the internationally-influenced menu.
James said: “We wanted to keep our menu options simple but not be boring – all three of us have big personalities and our focus has to be on the fun.
“Chantelle and I have worked together for many years with charity events and, more recently with Pink Tiger, so being able to offer the live entertainment to people within one venue all week will be fantastic.”
Property entrepreneur Peter said: “We are just very excited for Parea to launch having spent well over 12 months searching for the perfect location.”
The trio are all based close to Alderley Edge and are well known in the area. They plan to launch Parea early next month.
