Have a frightfully good meal at Tattu’s Halloween celebration

-

DO you like your dinners with a side of fear? Tattu’s Halloween Screamings are the perfect mix for foodie film fanatics this Halloween.

Diners at the event will enjoy a bespoke three-course menu while watching classic horror films.

The spooky bespoke dining events will take place in Tattu’s private dining space, The Parlour.

There will be four sessions, with a different film being shown at each choose from I Know What You Did Last Summer, Jeepers Creepers, Halloween and Nightmare On Elm Street.

The menu for the evening will feature creative dim sum, including chicken xiao long bau eyeballs, pumpkin eyeballs for veggies and kung po chicken mummy.

Mains include a choice of crispy shredded chili beef or vegetarian “chicken” and black bean, served with jasmine rice or seasonal vegetables.

The dark chocolate and orange dessert, or “dead-sert”, has also had a Halloween makeover, featuring a graveyard scene and dry ice for a real theatrical touch.

Tattu has also created a special cocktail for the event, Poison Apple, a heady mix of Midori, apple liquor and lime - with more dry ice for good measure!

The events were so popular that the first three have now virtually sold out, with an extra session of the film Halloween being added to make up for the demand.

So you’d better be quick if you want to snap up the remaining tickets.

Tattu’s Halloween screamings are taking place on Sunday, October 28 at three different sessions.

The film times are: 3pm - I Know What You Did Last Summer; 6pm Jeepers Creepersl 7.30pm Halloweenl 9pm - Nightmare on Elm Street.
