Caravan bursts into flames in car park
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car park after a caravan went up in flames.
The fire was reported at a car park on Castle Street, Tyldesley, at around 10am on Friday.
Crews discovered a motor home was fully alight when they arrived to the scene.
Firefighters from Bolton central fire station used hose reels to extinguish the flames.
There were no reports of any injuries and an investigation into what caused the fire has been launched.
A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called at 10.05am this morning to a fire in Tyldesley. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels and breaking-in equipment to extinguish the fire.”
