Singer is unexpected TV star

-

A SINGER found herself as the unexpected star on Michael McIntyre’s Big Show.

Rachel Crowe, from Bolton, wowed the audience with a rendition of Jennifer Rush’s The Power Of Love on the BBC show, after being duped into going to London to visit the fictitious Museum of Humanity.

All the tourists in the ‘interactive exhibit’ museum were all previous unexpected stars of the show including Paige Padden, who appeared in the Christmas special to mark the final show of the series.

The 26-year-old was surprised by the comic in a museum when he jumped out of a sarcophagus.

When the audience was revealed, a gobsmacked Rachel said: “I’m a bit overwhelmed.”

Rachel chose to sing the big ballad, which holds a special place in her heart. Before her performance, said: “It reminds me a bit of my dad, who has passed away.
