JAMIE OLIVER and Jimmy Doherty kick off the weekend with their cheeky chappy brand of banter in their caff at the end of Southend Pier.
Things are spiced up a bit this week as Mel B joins them for a spot of Caribbean cooking. Hardly the shy, retiring type, we can expect Mel to be frank and fearless as she gets involved.
The boys have tracked down Mel B’s grandmother on the island of Nevis to get the exact recipe Grandma Iris used to make for Carnival. Together they recreate the most incredible curry chicken, rice and peas, and Mel discovers just how much love went into Grandma’s recipe.
Meanwhile, the boys become cowboys for the day, putting in a shift farming British buffalo to make mozzarella.
