PHIL Neville’s penthouse at Manchester’s famous Beetham Tower is on the market – again.

The luxury apartment has flitted on and off the market for a decade now, after the former United star first tried to sell the home for £4m back in 2010.

Since then it’s had a couple of price cuts, been rented out for a reported £15,000 per month, and has now been refurbished and redecorated.

The swanky apartment, which stretches across three floors, is just below the penthouse owned by Ian Simpson, who designed the building.

The Orchid Suite sits on the 44th, 45th and 46th floor of Beetham Tower, with panoramic views right across the city.

Now being marketed at £3.5m, the four-bedroom penthouse has had its marble floors restored, underfloor heating installed, and been fitted with a state-of-the-art automation system to control the security, lighting, audio and temperature through touch screens.

Each room is now fitted with a Sony smart television, with eight TVs in total.

Parking in the city centre can be notoriously hard – but included in that multi-million pound price tag are five secure parking spaces and a separate garage lock-up.

Each floor has its own private terrace from which its new owners will be able to soak in the impressive views of Manchester’s ever-changing skyline.

There are also floor-to-ceiling windows in most rooms – one thing this flat isn’t short of is natural light.

There’s even a sizeable office in the apartment, plus walk-wardrobes, two reception rooms and a modern kitchen/diner.

Julie Neville says: “Having lived in the apartment for four years as a family, we can vouch for its superb location.

“It’s within walking distance to some amazing bars, restaurants and shops, and is within easy reach of the motorway too.

“It has proven to be a highly popular and rentable property having been vacant for only two weeks since the day it was completed.”
