Tuesday March 16, Page 3 ‘Covid cafe rogue told he must shut up shop’.

The article stated Kate and Luc Cafe Restaurant had its ‘licence’ revoked following a council hearing. This should have read ‘alcohol licence’. The article also stated the business would ‘no longer have permission to trade’ following the panel’s decision. This is incorrect. The business will be able to operate - but not sell alcohol - when a threemonth court-imposed closure order finishes (subject to government restrictions). The M.E.N. apologises for these errors and is happy to clarify these details.
