PINCH GRIP TEST

Use a single 10kg (or heavier) weight plate and pinch it between your thumb and fingers, walk with it and time yourself until you can’t hold the plate any longer. Repeat the test with your other side. The times should be similar between sides.

MOBILITY TEST

Kneeling on the floor, place your palm down with fingers facing backwards, stretch until you reach your limit, take note of the angle you can achieve. Now repeat the same test, this time with the top of your hand on the floor. Then repeat both tests on your other hand. The goal is 90° or more in each test.
