ROUGH GROUND

-

If you encounter some rough ground, the worst thing you can do is to sit down, take a foot off, and lock your arms as you move away from the danger. This will make you completely rigid and you’ll feel every bump and rise worse than before. Instead, remember to stay low and try to keep off the brakes. This additional range of motion will allow you to stay neutral and completely change how the same section of trail feels.

?? ?? Rough ground is best tackled by standing up on your pedals and keeping your arms and legs bent to absorb all the movement
