FACTFILE HOW TO GET THERE

Fly into Geneva (I took SWISS) and then walk for 10 minutes from Arrivals to the train platform in the airport to catch the train to Sierre. Another 10-minute walk connects you to the funicular that takes you straight into Crans Montana. My eight-day Swiss Pass ticket was also valid on all local trains, useful for connecting enduro rides.
