KEEP YOUR COMPOSURE
In order to remain composed, you’re going to have to rely on a couple of key control mechanisms. The first is to try and keep a neutral body weight – even when the trail is steep, or has big drops or plunges in it. Your bike will always dive into holes that appear in front of you, but the trick is to give yourself a large enough range of motion so that when a sudden movement happens, and your bike takes a big plunge away from you, you remain balanced and neutral on top of it.
