‘I’m looking forward to trying the new one’

-

I’ve always been a Kawasaki fan and went for the ZX-6R because I wanted something easy to ride, good looking and reliable for commuting. The Kawasakis I had in the past, like my ZZR600, had always been super-reliable.

It’s so much fun. It turns and stops quickly, has plenty of power for the average rider and revs so high it puts the biggest smile on my face. I used to commute on it, but now I just ride it in the evenings and at weekends. I haven’t been on a trackday yet, but it’s on the to-do list. There are a few local bike meets I go to in the summer with my dad. He has a Suzuki GSX-S 750 and I’ve a mate with a ZX-9R.

I really like the looks of the new bike. I’m a big fan of WSB and BSB, so I like the fact it’s in KRT colours. The newer bike’s brakes would be the biggest gain for me and ABS is a great feature, too. The price is good and the looks are spot on but I’m not sure that you need all the rider aids. I’m looking forward to trying one soon.
