The most Desert hardcore Sled and is among aggressive the of the 800 class scramblers and remains so, benefitting from its 2019 improvements. It looks and rides great, but if you’re a novice you’d be better off with other variants of Ducati’s Scrambler 800. Triumph’s improved Street Scrambler, though, delivers pretty much the best of both worlds with heightened, yet still relaxed, performance and improved spec and style. The result is not just cool looking, but practical, comfortable and pleasing. It’s not perfect (the tank is too small, for example) but it delivers most of what the Ducati does, has fewer irritations (the Ducati’s indistinct clocks, unintuitive modes, tall and uncomfortable seat and exposed riding position all annoy over distance) and is more comfortable and versatile, too.
