Sometimes you have to be able to laugh at yourself, and that’s exactly what Rossi did when he sported a donkey on his helmet at Misano in 2009 in reference to crashing out of the previous race. He immediately redeemed himself by winning... and then sporting a set of donkey ears on the podium!
