With mesh on the arms and chest, not only is it cool in 30°-plus heat when abroad, it’s also perfect for UK temperatures. In fact, with its high collar, long back and quilted inner jacket it’s warm enough for winter riding and holds up in a light shower (and has a waterproof inner pocket). It’s as durable as it is comfortable with zips and fasteners all working perfectly and still comes up like new after a wash. Shoulder and elbow armour are included and A-stars claim the polyester outer is abrasion resistant.
