WSB 2019 RULE CHANGES

Three races, two on Sunday

Full-length races stay on Saturday and Sunday but a tworace Sunday is back. The first of those races will be a new Superpole Race consisting of ten laps with results deciding the grid for the afternoon race. Points will be awarded to the top nine Superpole Race finishers as follows: 12-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.

How are the grids decided?

Superpole qualifying is now a single session for all riders and decides the grids for Saturday’s Race 1 and also for Sunday’s Superpole Race.

óThe top nine finishers of Sunday’s Superpole Race start the longer afternoon race in that order, while the rest of the field lines up according to qualifying times.
